Easy run out towards Crystal. Turned at University with mid-d. Their group was v quiet, not sure what the deal was. They all kept going straight down University once we crossed Lincoln, but I turned off to go back the good way. The group then came sprinting past me going down Wright. Hip felt pretty good, no pain. Didn't feel quite right though. Spent a lot of time waiting for the rest of the team to come back from their run. Core afterwards.
