Solid CCC loop today. Felt incredibly refreshed today after a few days on not feeling too great. I think it was the relief of finishing the project and not being stressed about it anymore. The group was moving along pretty good. Had a #rare Jack Morrissey appearance today. Small group of myself, Ryan, Frintner, Josh, Choi, Weem, Zach and Richard extended south of Windsor. Conversation picked up from here and was very entertaining the rest of the run. Came back and did strides and core.
