Have been feeling pretty good the last 2 weeks, so figured it might be time to start introducing some structure back into my running. So today I jogged over to Miller Meadow and ran two loops at a comfortably uptempo effort. Didn't take any splits other than my auto-GPS ones, and really tried to not look at my watch and just roll along at a higher effort. Splits were ~6:05, so honestly pretty happy with that. Two loops is about 3.4 miles, so the overall workout was probably close to 21' of steady running. Happy with how this went, will want to build off this next week. Not sure what I want to do yet.
