4 x 5' at Threshold

First workout since February, and it went really well! Stayed relaxed and felt in control pretty much the whole way. I was expecting to be averaging around 6 minute pace, but my watch got messed up so I just ran off of feel. It ended up being faster, which is very good news! Ran with Bobby, and the two of us did well working off of each other. Cut it at 4, but could have done a 5th one no problem. Just trying to not get too excited and over do it this week. Mobility afterwards.
