Warm, solo run today. Ran in the middle of the day to capitalize on the gorgeous weather. Got to run in shorts without hat and gloves. Wanted to do a longer run, so ran over to Biltmore via Rainbow Rd. and Hewes. Did the classic short loop with nature trail cut throughs and came back the same way. Pretty beat by the end, but kept a decently honest pace over the hills. On that comeback, one day at a time.
