Out at Waterfall Glen for the last big LR ahead of La Crosse. Perfect morning, cool and clear and not too crowded out on the trail. Felt really smooth at the start. Probably got rolling a bit too quickly and was feeling it by the time I finished the first loop. The out stretch of the onb add on was a real grind. After turning around I got a second wind (mostly aided by wind at my back and some downhills) and cruised in to the finish.
Good day out there, not sure how the race will go coming up, but most of the hard work is done here and mostly happy with the body of work this block so far. Some strides to make in consistency, but at least the LRs were there when able
