Easy afternoon run out and around Cress Creek. Had a nice run all in all. There was some construction in the country club that forced me to zigzag sides of the street, but was otherwise uneventful. Heel and right hamstring took a bit to warm up, but were non-factors for most of this.
Heel drops, LM, drills before. Rolled after.
