First run in a while. Wanted to try my hip and see how it was faring after doing the mobility routine yesterday pain free. Felt alright. The side got a little tight during the second half of this run, but never was painful. Will go a little longer tomorrow and see how that feels. Really happy to be back out running! Did core at home afterwards.

In other news, its really cold outside.
