Notes
Started off doing a big loop around Braemar. Saw Mr. Cobert and said hi. Then went over to Old Farm Rd. and looped around in there and took it back until I got to 22, then turned back. Came out on Rainbow, and ran down Cuba towards home. Added on in Chapel Hill to get full mileage. Found a really good groove and rolled along pretty quickly during the second half of the run.
Rolled and stretched afterwards.
