First team practice of the semester! Easy run out to Crystal with the team. The group started out extremely slow, and a small group that included Sommerfield, Frintner, Joe, Greg and Evan broke off and sped up a little. It was nice that even at the end of the run, there was still some sun out! Did strides on the concrete path next to Huff and then added on around the 6-pack. Core in the armory also. Apparently my watch started during core, so time for the run is a guess.
