Notes
Warm and rainy for this run. Never really rained hard, just sort of drizzled the entire time. There was some lightening and thunder throughout though. Never felt too great, still kind of tired and congested. Managed to keep the pace relatively easy. Just focusing on recovering. Light tune up workout tomorrow.
