Lovely, sunny spring day for a run. Fought off the urge to skip and got myself up and out the door this afternoon. Weather was perfect except for the 1.5+ mile stretch running west along Schaumburg Rd, which was straight into the wind. Tried to not fight too hard and stay relaxed through this part. Otherwise, felt very smooth, which makes sense off a day off. Glad to take advantage of such a lovely day.
