Easy run through country club. Greg, Frintner, Quinn and late Brian broke off the main group. Really cold wind coming from the northeast. My lower right calf has been sore since I finished last night. Started off painless but around 5 miles it started to hurt. Skipped out on leg strength and its sore after. I'll be good to go for Saturday though.
