Notes
Plan was to meet up with Milner and Bobby at the high school this morning. Showed up a bit early and added on an Echo loop before they arrive. Found a pretty comfortable pace during this three mile stretch. Met up with the guys and we set off to run around the lake. Filled Bobby in on all the LZ gossip since he hasn't really been back home in a year. Bobs is pretty out of shape, so we were pulling him along. He started to die a bit towards the end and we had to slow it down because the conversation was too good. Added on a mile with Milner afterwards. Really nice weather today, with temps near 50! Might be the last run outside in shorts fora while, so definitely savoring the opportunity.
