Real easy day out to Crystal. Legs felt a bit tired and tight after the big mileage week last week, so really focused on keeping this one relaxed. Mistakenly got Weem and Frintner on a Kanye discussion which lasted the remainder of the run. It's going to be a long week with them going to the Yeezy show this weekend. Otherwise, good group for the run! Nick and Eric came so it felt like the fall of 2014. Strides and core when we got back.
