15 up (10-5), 24 down. Warm up was around and around the indoor track thing in the Valpo field house. Pretty stuffy in there, and turns were way too tight to do threshold. Oh well. Distance is an estimate since I had no reliable satellites inside lol. Long, solo cool down in the rain. Needed some time to decompress after my race. Felt a lot less negative upon getting back. Got absolutely soaked. Valpo had these weird brown, clay statues dues that looked like the Michael Jordan crying face with all the rain. V symbolic of how I felt post race. Thanks for the troll Valpo
