Easy Swansway loop after work. Did a shorter version (same as last week) to get only 40'. Felt okay, everything in my legs felt tight and kinda off. Should be better tomorrow. Peaceful night with only a few cars. Nice to have the road to myself. Looking forward to my 10 days of holiday break starting next week.
