Easy out to Crystal. This weather can stay forever, it's perfect. Got to catch up with Jack for the first large chunk of the run, which was really nice! Wish he would come to practice more. Felt pretty good today, this run was nice and easy. At a large portion of snickerdoodles right before this run, so my stomach was a little uneasy towards the end. Did some strides and then added on the Ike with a small group. Then did core and went home.
