Notes
Early afternoon LR on a beautiful day. Was all ready to do this in the morning, but pushed back in order to run in the gorgeous weather. Just decided to do an OnB along the DuPage Rivertrail. Went south this week, made it just past Knoch Knolls before needing to turn around. Path was super crowded, so this ended up requiring a lot of weaving. Trying to give everyone 6'+ was tough, but did a pretty good job considering how dense the crowds were at times. Rolled along pretty briskly from the get go. Was feeling great through half way, turned around and realized I'd been running with the wind. Held pace pretty stead on the way back, but was pretty cooked by the end.
Heel drops, drills before. Rolling after.
