Notes
Pretty tired this morning, so deferred the run until this afternoon. Ended up being an absolutely perfect afternoon for a run. Right from the get go, I locked into a pretty quick pace, probably fueled by the nice weather. Tried to slow myself down, but next thing I knew I was back at the same pace as before. Just decided to roll with it and enjoy the run.
Had to run to trivia, so no supplemental work afterwards.
