Beautiful day. Temps above 60 and sunny. Absolutely perfect for running. Felt really good today, so wanted to take the run at a solid pace. Could feel the group stringing out, so Frintner and I separated from the rest of the group right when we crossed into Crystal Lake. The two of us continued on our brisk pace and had nice conversation about the season and what next year has in store. Pretty hype. Came back and did strides (barefoot woo) and outside core.
Was talking some mad smack talk in assassin and naturally murder on my way to dinner and the lab. V nice!
