Notes

AM Leg Strength:

Lunges (F/S): 1 x 10 Each Leg

Body Weight Squats: 3 x 15

Single Leg Squats: 2 x 10 Each

Wall-Sit: 90"

Split Lunge Jumps: 1 x 10 Each

Couldn't sleep due to congestion, so decided to get up and be productive. Quads were toast by the end of this quick workout, and I was a bit winded. Need to be consistent with workouts like these.
