Did this one with Greg and Frintner. Good run, upper right leg felt good everywhere which I was really excited about. I'll be sure to keep a close watch on that. Roads were fairly ice which made a few parts pretty slick. Our group realized that we've become pretty wimpy with the cold this year because today felt really cold and it was still 15 or so. Strides at Huff and core at the Armory. Ran home wearing my big backpack.
