Much to my own dismay, I decided it was better to get this one done on the treadmill. Ryan got my into the local Y since I am not a member, and we hopped on. It was boring as to be expected, but as far as treadmill runs go, I've experienced much worse. I was pretty surprised at how full the gym was, I expected it to be a ghost town with how cold it is outside.
