6 x ~50m alactic hill sprints. These felt pretty good. The group was drifting to the right side of the hill, so I tried to move to the left so we ran up the middle of the hill. Only Frintner, Weem and a few freshies followed me though.
Good set of lunges and leg strength after. Ryan made me be an example of how to bound up the hill, hope I did well!!!
