First run in about a week. All things considered, felt pretty decent. Heel had been kind of bugging me, so spent the week getting my supplemental stuff back in order and waiting out the heat. Heel felt alright, kind of tight to start, but loosened up as we went. Let's see how it bounces back. Weather was decent, much nicer than last week.
