LR with Frintner out at Busse. Did two loops for the first time and then added on another 10'. Temps started off pretty cool, but the humidity was really high this morning. Cruised along for the first loop easy enough. Around 10 miles, Frintner started to feel it a bit, but he kept the pace up pretty good. Around 12.5 he took a break and I soldiered on solo. Finished the second loop and wanted to pick it up a bit for the last little add on, but my legs were having none of that, so finished up evenly. Gassed by the end, but felt good. Solid end to a strong week.
