2 x 15' Hill Circuit (5')

This went well today. I felt really great on this. Having the extra day of recovery following the workout allowed for the intensity to remain high on these hills. Really was focused on running through the top of the hill today, especially when tired. I got Hershey on my mind. Ran these with Frintner and David mostly, with some guest appearances from Josh. Did bounds and squat jumps during the 5' break.
