Met up with Cobert again on Cuba Rd. It was a frigid morning, especially when running into the wind, but honestly, it wasn't so bad once we got going. We went down Deerpath around Swan's Way and then came back through the Squires. Added on in Chapel Hill before dropping Adam back at his house. Another run with lots of good stories. Made me really want to play some soccer. On my way back I had to stop and use the bathroom at Cuba Marsh, which was miserably cold. The pace for this run was extremely consistent, and really only varied based on how much snow there was left in the streets.
Roll, stretch, core at home in the warmth.
