Really good crystal lake run today with a small group. It was Greg, Joe, Fritner, Quinn and I for the majority of the run. Went back into the trails and took the long way through, which was fun since I haven't gotten to that do since last fall. Pace went out quick but chilled out once we got onto the trails. Nice evening, not too cold or windy. Strides at Huff and core afterwards. Also, spent the entire afternoon at Illinois Elite presentation/ 2015 Exec Board election. Very excited to be travel coordinator next year! Congrats to everyone who ran and to those who got elected. Can't wait to get started for next season!!!
