Notes
This run was brutal. Stayed out way too late, drank too much, and slept awfully last night. Ended up sleeping right through long run and missing running with Alex one last time. Finally got out the door when Brian agreed to run some with me. We did a loop at Crystal Lake, and I was feeling pretty rough. Dropped him off at the house around 5.5, and stopped for a drink of water. Finally continued on my way and ran over to CCC. Decided to do a fatty loop to not get myself too far out. Somewhere around 8-9 I started to not completely hate the run, though I felt far from good. Came all the way down Kirby/Florida to Race then went north to Oregon and back to the house to finish up. Started to run out of gas the last 2 miles and this went back to miserable. Not pretty but got the time in.
