First real warm run of the year. Ran over to Columbus Park, did 2 loops, then came home. Felt decent at the start, but could still feel LR in my legs a bit. Started to feel a bit dehydrated by the end, so need to get back on the water drinking train. Bought a pair of wireless headphones (aftershockz) that arrived yesterday, so I listened to a podcast during this and it made this suck a lot less.
