7 Mile Progression Run

Goal was to start off a little faster and then still progress normally. Group had some conflicting intents on how to start off. First half mile was quick, but then settled in nicely from there. Ended up in the front and did a lot of the work early on. There was this annoying cross wind coming from the west that seemed to be in your face from every direction. Group held tight through like 5 and a half and then split in half. The group of Brad, David, Auburn and I went ahead. Started to fall off of them going south for the 7th mile, but found a little extra resilience and stuck back on them as we finished strong. Strong effort from me and the group as a whole.
