Back in the the US of A. Had a real long day of traveling yesterday and passed out as soon as I got home. Definitely needed it, ended up waking up and feeling pretty fresh. Plans with Frintner fell through, so just ran solo from the house. Ran out to Biltmore through Signal Hill and just went OnB. Actually felt really, really good. Just cruised along and enjoyed the run. Happy to be back home.
