Notes
Today was a scorcher. Met the usual after work crew and we just got this one in. There was so much humidity it made us all want to just relax and take it nice and easy. Milner kept pushing the pace, then slowing down, only to push the pace again. It was quite annoying, we never really settled in. Legs felt infinitely better than yesterday still which was really nice. Barefoot strides on the soccer field after.
