Notes
Back to the early morning runs. Surprisingly got up really easily this morning. Body felt pretty tired as a whole, definitely felt like I need more sleep. Kept the pace v chill this morning, just slow rolled the entire way. Legs felt pretty tight, so plan to spend more time rolling/stretching tonight. Caught the sun rising as I came outside, and would have been a perfect morning to run if it wasn't unbearable humid (100%). Got super sweaty, but surived. TG for a 3 day work week.
