Notes
First day of work. Began the new plan of running in the morning. No problems getting up and out of bed, which was a bit surprising, but I'll take it. The weather was surprisingly cold this early, ended up wearing a long sleeve. Had a very pleasant run though. Went down Cuba to Lake Zurich Rd. and then looped up through Citizen's into the marsh. Popped out on Ela Rd. and took Long Grove back home. If every morning is as nice as this one, I would definitely take it.
Rolled and some light stretching afterwards.
