Notes
Warm and very windy run this afternoon. Weather was so wonderful, just wish I felt a bit better on this. Ranged from feeling fine with the wind to pretty crappy when running into it. Happy to just be out there getting this in though, which was a nice change of pace from most week day runs lately. New shoes today, they were real stiff and lead to some tight calves and feet. Haven't broken in a pair of shoes in a hot minute.
