Notes
Another day, another early morning run. Getting out of bed was a bit tough this morning but glad when I finally did. The weather was absolutely gorgeous today, low 60s and not a cloud in the sky. Cruised out around Braemar, and then back down in Rainbow. Added on an extension in Chapel Hill and headed back home. Got chirped at by more red-winged blackbirds. Ran past a deer and came within 5 ft of it and it didn't even flinch. Really enjoying these early morning runs once I get going. They're quite peaceful and relaxing. Legs were feeling pretty smooth once I got going.
Planned to do some strides, but I was running a bit late (due to spending an extra few min in bed) so had to skip them. Tomorrow (I hope). Quick roll out afterwards though!
