Notes
Solo run from LZHS out and around Hawthorn Woods. Added on through Echo on the way back to get up to full mileage. Felt very smooth throughout and cruised through the run. It was a little warm, but didn't bother me too much. Spent a lot of the run thinking about how I've been running some routes in LZ for like 8+ years now. So much in life has changed, but not my running routes lol.
Stides + quick roll out afterwards.
