Notes

Easy out to Crystal. Nice to be back with the team. Spent most of the run talking with Weem and Frintner about SB stuff. Got to hear all about Frintner's trip to Gulf Shores + NOLA. Felt pretty good, it was nice to ease off the quicker pace I have been running the last few days while solo. Added on around Memorial with QT. Thx for the giant clementine Leah!

It's a shame all that time in sunny California has made you forget the fickle nature of Midwestern spring. Track season goes until summer. We race this weekend though :)
