Easy out to Crystal. Legs felt surprisingly fine after yesterday's race. However, I was still feeling pretty mentally exhausted after the long weekend. Sorta just ran a bit ahead of the group for the first part of the run. Had a good conversation with Splitt, and then QT once Tyler turned at University. Stopped at Carle to use the bathroom, and finished the rest of the run solo. Came back the good way and extended around Memorial Stadium. Did some strides and then added on again around the Ike. Solid day with some beautiful weather.
Strides and rolled out.
