Pretty tough day out there. Warm and v humid out, but didn't really notice during the first half and cruised along. Upon turning around, I realized it was also pretty windy and got beat up pretty good. By 8 miles I was spent and just kind of suffered my way back home. Last stretch down Bartlett Rd was a real grind. Glad to finish, though not the easy effort I had hoped for one week out from the race. We'll see what I have to give next weekend! Hoping it's not too humid.
