Notes

This was supposed to be 4 x 8' at threshold. However, my achilles did not feel right on this from the get go. Just felt tight and painful with each stride. Definitely not worth pushing through so called it after the first rep. Disappointed that this injury has flared up again after being good since July. Decided it wasn't worth it to do anything else for risk of irritating it more.

Roll out afterwards. Did some heel drops and icing later on at night.
