Notes
Another medium long-ish run on the mill. Started off feeling a bit tired from the workout yesterday, but knew I had to get this run in today or it wouldn't happen this week. By the middle, I started feeling better. Had a good middle 30', but by the end I was ready to be done. Just gotta keep plugging away.
Started at 8.5 and bumped up 0.1 every 5'. Finished at 9.6. All at 1.0% incline.
Quick statics after, then rushed off to Frintner's for movie night.
