3k @ threshold followed by 6-8 x k at faster than race pace
Really flat workout this morning. Couldn't get my legs moving during the k's. Felt decent on the threshold, but started the intervals alone. Probably should have started with the group of Cobert, Joe etc. After a pretty horrendous 3rd interval, Nick joined me, which really helped. However, during 4th rep, I started dry heaving, which killed all the momentum. Finished the last couple just riding Nick's coat tails. Just not my morning I guess.
