Notes
Met up with Ryan, Adam, and Megan at the Cobert residence for LR this morning. Temps were nice, but it was v humid. Started off going through the marsh to Long Grove Rd. Then headed south to Deer Grove. Did a big Yellow Loop and then came back north. Took Cuba Rd. Back to Cobert's. Talked about GLR mostly and got a couple of spicy hot takes. Last few miles were a bit of a struggle. I was v sweaty (much sweatier than anyone else?) and did my best to not get dropped by the group. Took the fatty turn back to Cobert's and stopped just after 13 with Mocogni.
Some stretching afterwards, then had a big Gary Breakfast / 4 Liquid Breakfast.
