3k at GVSU! Placed 6th in heat 2 with a time of 8:53. Got settled into a pace instead of continuing to push hard. Needed a big kick to stay under 9 minutes. Great day for the team as a whole, broke 7 club records! Had a pretty good long ride home, overall a really fun trip! Only two weeks until Club Relays.
