Notes
Easy out to Crystal. Kept the pace pretty relaxed, and everything felt good. Went north past University for the first time in a while! Plus, it was nice enough to take the trail through the woods. Decided against adding on to the cemetery so turned back with Artie, Ciaran, Gerkin, Evan Patel, and Cody Lund. Group was a bit quiet for the way home, but still a solid group. Went a bit further than I planned today, but everything felt good throughout and afterwards, so shouldn't be too big a deal. Will make sure to keep the rest of the week easy as possible. Excited o give the workout a go tomorrow.
Strides and Huff and core afterwards. Heel drops at home. I should roll out too.
