Easy in the morning before work. Still feeling pretty tired from the weekend, but significantly more rested than yesterday morning. Even though I was unhappy about it, the day off probably did me a lot of good yesterday. Pretty uneventful run. Looped the Lake and came home via Buesching + Old Rand. Foggy out, was a bit spooky.
Quick roll at home
